Modern wooden dog crates — designed in Canada, handcrafted in Europe
Hi, I’m Nina, the designer behind DOGGYFurnitureStore.
It all started with my own dogs. I wanted them to have a cozy den of their own, but every crate I found was either a cold wire cage or a cheap pressed-board box that didn’t belong in a real home. So in 2021 I started designing my own: a crate my dog would love to sleep in and I’d be happy to see in my living room.
Today I run the shop from Canada, and every crate is built by hand by our partner workshop in Ożarowice, Poland. They cut each piece from solid plywood, sand it by hand, finish it with water-based, odor-free paint and pack it with care. Your crate ships directly from the workshop, with US duties already included.
What you get:
Sturdy plywood or oak-veneer crates with a smooth sliding door
6 single and 5 double sizes, plus triple crates for multi-dog homes
A cushion with a removable, washable cover
Easy assembly at home
Custom sizes, colors and finishes on request — just message us
More than 460 dog families have already chosen our crates. If you have any questions about sizing or a custom build, I’ll be happy to help.
